THE LYON HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, SANDWICH

The project involved tastefully designing an accessible, sustainable, mixed-use housing scheme to create a new urban centre in Sandwich, to complement the rich housing and other buildings types from every period in the town's history. The scheme introduces a layout of 30-40 modern housing units on the site, whilst still retaining Sandwich's architectural character to make a positive contribution of its streetscape.
