ARK RETREAT, CANTERBURY

The project involved designing a retreat complex in Canterbury that combines mental reflection with physical activity, regulated via a degree of self-direction on a daily cycle. The design spatially and conceptually integrates landscape and architecture through site planning and elementary planting and landscape design. The ARK Retreat Centre is a parent-led nursery for young teenage parents who want to learn how to parent their kids whilst learning basic life skills.
